Vendor Release of Liability Waiver

We’re thrilled to have you join our event! Before we embark on this exciting journey together, we kindly ask you to acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the market/event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or property damage.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge The Plant Base & Elysium House, as well as its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the event.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Plant Base & Elysium House, as well as any affiliates from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, that may arise from my participation in the event.
Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by The Plant Base & Elysium House for the event.
Photography Release: I grant The Plant Base & Elysium House the right to take photographs and/or videos of my booth and products during the pop-up market events for promotional purposes.

By acknowledging below, you will be agreeing to following: I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this release of liability waiver –
