The Event
The Night Plant Market features an outdoor market at Three Weavers Brewing near LAX. The event features a huge market area with 10×10 vendors spaces. Vendors will feature houseplants, home decor, arts & crafts, home goods, packaged foods, soft drinks, and more. The dining patio area sits between the tap room and the market, and it’s the best place to hang out, enjoy some food, drink a cold beer, and just enjoy the summer evening.
Vendor Spaces
Non-food Vendors: All plant, home decor, arts & crafts, gifts, vendors get a 10×10 outdoor space for a flat fee of $75.
Food Vendors: All food vendors must pay a $25 deposit fee for a 10×10 outdoor space. 15% of net sales will be due at the end of the event minus the deposit.
All vendor deposits are non-refundable. Vendors can use their space as they wish. Set up as many tables, shelves, display cases, or just set up a rug with a couch. It’s really up to you and your imagination. Please bring your own chairs and tables.
Load-in Time: Load in time is at 4 P.M. Event begins promptly at 6 P.M.
Load-out Time: The event will conclude at 10 P.M. Vendors will have till 11 P.M. to break down and clear out of the market space.
Payment: Due with 24 hours of your application being approved. Do not send payment before you receive an approval.
Promotion
This event will be promoted via social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook. Other digital promotion includes our mailing list, Eventbrite posts and ads. The event will also be promoted with print posters at local businesses and the event’s venue.
Vendor Application
All fields are required. Once your applications is approved, you will receive an email with payment information.
